Owner and Lead Consultant

With 15 years of dedicated public service in state and local government, Matt Kachel brings a wealth of expertise and passion. Throughout his career in Public Health, Matt has been deeply immersed in government hiring practices, spending nearly a decade as a hiring manager and a Workforce Development Coordinator in government agencies, learning, designing, and implementing government recruitment processes with precision and insight. 

Through his experience Matt has gained a comprehensive understanding of how local, state, and federal agencies seek to recruit top talent and align their workforce with organizational goals. His experience has allowed him to witness firsthand the challenges that individuals face when pursuing careers in the public sector, as well as the strategies that agencies employ to attract and retain skilled professionals. 

Matt's commitment to empowering individuals led him to explore strengths-based approaches to career development, including Gallup StrengthsFinder methodology. Through his work, Matt has developed a keen ability to identify and leverage the unique strengths and talents within everyone, helping them unlock their full potential and achieve success in their career endeavors.
